Q: Should I have my equipment unpacked before a Graeme's technician calls to connect it?
A: This is not necessary, but preferable.

Q: What if I suddenly require an additional lead, or require a power board during the installation?
A: All of Graeme's Connections technicians carry a vast range of additional leads, power boards   etc, which can be supplied for an additional charge.

Q: How long will it take a Graeme's technician to install & connect my equipment?
A: Most work can be carried out in approximately 1-2 hours.

Q: When can I have a Graeme's technician call?
A: 6 days a week - (Monday - Saturday). After business hours connections are available upon request.
